公司簡介
湖北精華紡織集團有限公司位于“苧麻之鄉”湖北省咸寧市咸安區雙溪橋鎮和咸安經濟開發區，是以苧麻、亞麻，棉和粘膠為主要原料的綜合型紡織企業。公司始建于1978年，2001年被確認為湖北省農業產業化省級重點龍頭企業，目前集團控股精華、精亞、精佳、天源、天成、華康六家具有獨立法人資格的子公司。
公司占地面積73萬平方米，現有職工2800余人。生產規模：紡紗200000錠，新型轉杯紡10000頭，新型劍桿織機700臺套。主要生產經營：亞麻紗、苧麻紗、麻棉混紡紗、麻粘混紡紗、轉杯紡OE紗；苧麻布、亞麻布、麻棉麻粘混紡交織布等十大系列100多個品種。年產各類紗線20000多噸，織布2000萬米。公司產品已成功銷往海內外市場， 其中”白練”牌紗線已成為國內外知名品牌。
公司已通過ISO 9001:2015質量管理體系認證,ISO14001：2015環境管理體系認證和BS OHSAS18001：2007職業健康安全管理體系認證。并取得以下證書：OEKO-TEX有害物質殘留檢測證書,BCI良好棉花證書，BV歐麻證書,FSC森林環保證書，有機麻有機棉證書，再生棉再生麻證書，可持續粘膠產銷監管鏈證書，以及INDITEX評級B級。
近年來，公司投入巨資建設國內先進的污水處理設施，苧麻脫膠污水在全國首家達到GB8978-1996《污水綜合排放》一級排放標準。公司還加大技術創新開發力度，與華中科技大學合作研發苧麻微生物脫膠技術及廢水循環利用項目，已通過省科技廳組織的專家成果鑒定。

Hubei Jinghua Textile Group CO., LTD, located in both ShuangXiQiao Town and Economic Development Zone, Xian’an District, Xianning city Hubei province. It is a large-scale textile enterprise, which takes ramie, flax, viscose and cotton as raw materials. The company was established in 1978. At present, our group holds six subsidiaries with independent legal personality.
The company covers an area of 730,000㎡. There are about 2800 workers. We have 200000 spindles of textile scale, 10000 new type of cup spinner, 700 sets of new type looms. The main products are linen yarn, ramie yarn, linen/cotton linen/viscose blended yarn, OE yarn; and linen fabric, ramie fabric, linen/cotton linen viscose blended and interweave fabric for in-grey, PFD, dyed and yarn dyed. The annual production is 20,000 tons of yarn and 20 million meters fabric.
Our company passed ISO 9001:2015(Quality Management System Certification), ISO14001：2015(Environment Management System Certification) and BS OHSAS18001：2007(Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification). And got the certificates such as: OEKO-TEX STANDARD-100, BCI, EUROPEAN FLAX, FSC, OCS, GRS, RCS, FSC, SVCOC, and got the INDITEX CLASS B.
In recent years, our company invested a large amount of capital in building advanced sewage treatment facilities. We first reached the GB8978-1996 (Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard) for ramie degumming wastewater in China. We also cooperate with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to build R&D center (research and development center) for “Ramie microbial retting technology and waste water recycling”. Now the project has passed expert appraisal.
